New Student Requirements for Admission
--Students should have never repeated a grade or attended summer school
because of failure.
--Students must have a “B” average or better at their previous school.
--Students must be in good standing at their previous school and eligible to
return.
--Students must be free from any learning disabilities that would require work
to be modified.
Procedures for Admission
□ 1. Complete online application.
□ 2. Read and sign parent/guardian agreement.
□ 3. Pay registration fee.
□ 4. Provide copy of most recent report card and SAT scores.
□ 5. Sign Official Request for Records.
□ 6. Pay $50 testing fee per family. (This is non-refundable.)
□ 7. Schedule testing appointment with Counselor.
□ 8. Provide copy of birth certificate.
□ 9. Registering parent should bring driver’s license so that it may be copied.
□ 10. Include custody agreement, if applicable.
□ 11. Provide copy of student’s social security card.
□ 12. Provide original, current immunization form.
□ 13. Provide transcript (students entering grades 10-12).
□ 14. Provide letter of recommendation from pastor or current principal.
□ 15. Have conference with administration.
The admission process is not complete until ALL items above have been submitted or completed.
